BETTER PLACE develops decoration projects that may not involve construction work, and that aim only to a Redesign operation, in order to modify an environment through the application of new coating materials and supply of new equipment accents, or optimize spaces through solutions that can range from the alteration of the existing furniture arrangement until its change for more efficient systems. BETTER PLACE has a multidisciplinary team, creative and motivated which is distinguished by its determination and a common goal that is the success of their customer through the strict compliance of the project, time and costs.

 

JORGE BOTA

Managing Partner

Started his real estate career two decades ago in José de Mello Real Estate, initially as an assistant of the board, and afterwards as Head of valuation and Real Estate Consulting Department. In 2004, in Imocom Group was Commercial and Investment Director, and incorporates the direction of the Group’s business in Angola. Jorge Bota was Agency Director and Head of Building Consultancy Services at DTZ, where he was responsible for the interior design and project management teams, having positioned these departments as one of the mainstays of the company. He was distinguished by the Property Week European Awards. He was also responsible for counseling in real estate to some of the largest international companies like Pfizer, BP, BMW, Ericsson, Nike, Nokia, Aventis/Sanofi, Schroders, Bank of Tokyo, Mitsubishi, Philip Morris, Novartis, Apple, Boston Consulting Group, Amgen and Tyco. Jorge Bota is also Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

 

CLÁUDIA COSTA

Interior Designer

Graduated in Interior Design by IADE – Creative University with and with a Master Degree in Architecture y Interior Design by the University of Salamanca. Began her career in 1997 in the Home Design área, having been dedicated in parallel to teaching in the same institution where she graduated. Transits in 2002 for the Office Design área, and has since developed numerous projects specifically in this area for important companies in the portuguese and international business community. Assumes at the moment the Interior Designer role in BETTER PLACE.

 

FILIPE MARTINS

Projet Manager

Graduated in Interior Design by IADE – Creative University Began his career in 2011 in the Office Design área as Technician, having later integrated the Design Department of the same company, where he was involved in several projects for national and international clients and having specialized in this area. Performs at the moment Project Manager functions in BETTER PLACE.
